Anders Marcher

Anders Marcher currently serves as the Head of Global Human Health S&OP and Senior Supply Chain Manager at Novonesis, a role undertaken since April 2019, where responsibilities include driving the global S&OP process for €300 million in annual sales and overseeing the global forecast process across four factories. Key achievements involve operational optimization and capacity management, along with managing a planning team of eight in forecasting and process development. Prior to this, Anders Marcher worked at Chr. Hansen A/S from May 2008 to April 2019 in various roles including Supply Chain Manager and Process Development Manager, focusing on optimizing planning processes within FC&E and Human Health. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in International Technology Management from Aalborg University and a Bachelor of Science in Production Engineering from Copenhagen University College of Engineering.
