Anders Varming

Anders Varming is a Principal Scientist at Novonesis, where they design culture solutions for the dairy industry. They have a PhD in Molecular Microbiology from the University of Copenhagen and previously held roles in quality control and teaching biology. Anders has also worked at Novozymes and ALK Abelló, and has experience in environmental project management and microbiological quality control. Residing in Frederiksberg, they are passionate about fostering collaboration and creating high-performing cultures.
