Casey Baumler

Casey Baumler is an experienced sales professional in the dairy and food cultures industry, currently serving as the Director of Sales for North America Dairy Cultures and Enzymes at Novonesis since January 2024. Prior to this role, Casey held various positions at Chr. Hansen Holding A/S from January 2010 to January 2024, including Director of Sales North America, Account Manager, and Technical Service Manager. Casey’s career in the dairy sector began at Foremost Farms USA between April 2004 and January 2010, where responsibilities included Product Development Manager and Quality Control and Laboratory Supervisor. Earlier experience includes a role as a Dairy Microbiologist at BelGioioso Cheese Inc. from June 2003 to March 2004. Casey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, completed between 1999 and 2003.
