Cuiling Liu

Cuiling (Kitty) Liu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global rewards and analytics, currently serving as Global Rewards, Analytics & Digital Manager at Novozymes since August 2006. In this role, Cuiling has held various positions including Manager of P&O Operations-Americas, Rewards Manager for North America, and Compensation & Benefits Manager for the AP/Advisor Team Lead. Additionally, Cuiling has recently been appointed Rewards Partner-America at Novonesis starting May 2024.
