Lars Halfdaner

Lars Halfdaner has extensive experience in logistics and distribution management, having held various leadership roles since 1999. Currently, Lars serves as a Manager at Novonesis, responsible for security and operations related to air-cargo, as well as overseeing teams involved in the pick and pack of freeze-dried cultures. Previously, Lars was a Team Manager at Legacy Chr. Hansen A/S, managing operations at the Distribution Center in Copenhagen. Prior roles include serving as Kørselschef at Arla Foods amba, where Lars led route planning and distribution, and several positions at Post Danmark with responsibilities ranging from personnel management to quality oversight and operational efficiency. Education includes a degree in Project Management from KEA and studies at the University of Southern Denmark.
