Lars Olsen

Lars Olsen is currently the Senior Department Manager in Bioinformatics and Protein Design at Novonesis. They previously held the position of head of the Data Infrastructure Department at Novozymes and led research groups in medicinal chemistry and enzyme studies at the University of Copenhagen. Lars earned a PhD from the Royal Veterinary and Agricultural University and has served as an Associate Professor at both the University of Copenhagen and the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences. With an extensive publication record in computational chemistry, they have contributed significantly to the field, particularly in drug metabolism and enzyme activity.
