Leigh Murphy

Leigh Murphy is an accomplished leader in the biosolutions sector, currently serving as the Head of ITS Planetary Health Biosolutions for Europe at Novonesis since 2023, where innovation at the crossroads of science, sustainability, and customer success is emphasized. Prior to this role, Leigh spent over a decade at Novozymes, leading application research efforts in Household Care and significantly transforming scientific operations through team integration and Agile practices.
