Sofie Bruun

Sofie Bruun is an experienced professional in employee development and organizational consulting, currently serving as a Global Employee Development Partner at Novonesis since February 2024. Prior to this role, Sofie worked at Novozymes from September 2020 to February 2024, where responsibilities included developing the Global Graduate Program and leading various learning initiatives for new leaders. Earlier experience includes a student guidance counselor position at Copenhagen Business School and a student assistant role at Københavns Politi, focusing on leadership development. Sofie began a career in the service industry at Baresso Coffee A/S, progressing from Barista to Store Manager, and holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Psychology, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in the same fields from Copenhagen Business School.
