Sudarshan has a strong background in marketing and business development, currently serving as an Associate Regional Marketing Manager for the MEIA region at Novonesis since February 2024. Previously at Novozymes, Sudarshan managed the launch of the company's first B2C product as an Associate Business Development Manager and contributed to project execution by collaborating with global teams from May 2021 to January 2024. Earlier experiences include roles as a Management Trainee at the Management Development Institute, where Sudarshan was part of the core sports committee, and a Junior Core Team Member for the Opsession club at Nykaa, analyzing user behavior in men’s grooming purchases. Sudarshan holds an MBA from the Management Development Institute and a BTech in Production and Industrial Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
