Tracy Batts is an experienced professional in the field of food safety and quality management. Currently serving as the Food Safety Program Lead at Novonesis since February 2023, Tracy has extensive experience from a previous 23-year tenure at Novozymes, holding roles including Supply Chain Quality Coordinator, Hygiene Coordinator, and QC Coordinator. In the latter position, Tracy led a microbiology lab, managing schedules and coordination within the team. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Campbell University, obtained between 1996 and 1998.
