Ulla Riber

Ulla Riber is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in integration program management, workplace management, and innovation within various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Integration Program Manager at Novonesis, Ulla previously held multiple executive roles at ISS A/S, including Head of Group Workplace Management and Group Vice President, during which crisis communication and agile product development were prioritized amidst challenges like IT ransomware attacks and the COVID-19 pandemic. Ulla also contributed as an Executive Board Member and CEO of SIGNAL Architects, focusing on workplace consultancy, and led digital transformation efforts at Coop Danmark. Ulla's career began with roles at Nilfisk-Advance, Experian, and JAI A/S, underpinned by a strong academic foundation with an MSc in Economics & Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and participation in various leadership programs.
