Katy H.

Katy H. is currently a Senior Process Engineer at Novonix Anode Material, focusing on process development for graphite material. Previously, Katy worked as a Process Control Paint Specialist at Volkswagen Chattanooga and as a Process Support Engineer at Wacker Chemie, where they developed semiconductor deposition recipes. Prior to that, Katy served as a Chemical Engineer at Albemarle Corporation, leading process development and scale-up initiatives. They completed a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Mississippi State University in December 2013, where they excelled academically and played soccer throughout their college years.
