Ron Edmonds

Ron Edmonds serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at NOVONIX, contributing to the company’s focus on high-performance materials and equipment for the lithium-ion battery industry since November 2022. Previously, Ron held various leadership roles at Dow Chemical from November 1992 to June 2024, culminating in the position of Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of the Controllers & Tax Organization, where oversight included a team of 1,250 employees and comprehensive financial responsibilities across 800 legal entities globally. Other notable roles included Finance Vice President, where Ron led strategies for a $30 billion portfolio, and positions focused on accounting and procurement transformation across Latin America. Ron holds an Advanced Management Program degree from INSEAD and a BBA in Accounting from Western Michigan University.
