Daniela Caiazza has extensive work experience in the field of clinical research, with a focus on clinical operations and innovation. Daniela started their career at Hanson Institute for Cancer Research as a Research Associate in 2000. After that, they joined The Heart Research Institute (HRI) as a Senior Research Associate in 2003. In 2006, they moved to Pfizer as a Clinical Research Associate. In 2009, they joined Novotech as a Senior Clinical Research Associate and later served as a Clinical Team Leader and Senior Clinical Team Leader. From 2015 to 2016, Daniela was a Clinical Operations Manager at Novotech. Daniela then worked as a Senior Clinical Operations Manager from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they were promoted to the role of Director of Clinical Operations ANZ and, in 2022, they became the Senior Director of Clinical Services and Innovation at Novotech.
Daniela Caiazza completed their Bachelor of Science degree at Flinders University from 1992 to 1994. Daniela then pursued an Honours degree in Chemistry at the same university in 1995. Following that, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Chemistry from the University of Adelaide from 1996 to 1999.
