Jan Laumann possesses extensive experience in clinical operations and management within the clinical research industry. Starting a career as a CRA with Westdeutsche Studiengruppe from 2009 to 2012, Jan advanced to various roles, including Senior CRA and Clinical Project Lead at EastHORN Clinical Services and Interim Country Manager for Germany. Jan held the position of Senior CRA at PPD from 2013 to 2016 and further progressed to Line Manager for Clinical Project Leads at Novotech from January 2023 to April 2025. Currently, Jan serves as Senior Manager of Clinical Operations at Novotech since May 2025.
