Lei Sha

Lei (Charley) Sha is currently the Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs at Novotech, a position held since 2018. They previously served as the Regulatory Affairs Manager at Novo Nordisk from 2017 to 2018 and as a Senior Regulatory Affairs Supervisor at Ferring Pharmaceuticals from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, Lei worked as a Regulatory Specialist at Xian-Janssen Pharmaceutical Ltd. from 2011 to 2013 and began their career as a Regulatory Assistant at PharmaNet GmbH in 2010. Lei holds a Master's degree from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, which they completed in 2010.
