柴敏杰

敏杰 柴 has worked in the IT industry for 20 years, gaining expertise in databases, SAP, and Salesforce. They served as a Technical Support Engineer at 东芝复印机（深圳）有限公司 from 2005 to 2007, followed by a position as IT Manager at Ipsen Industries Furnaces (Shanghai) LTD from 2007 to 2016. From 2016 to 2021, they held the role of Regional IT Application Manager for China at Nord Anglia Education and are currently the Head of Information Technology at Novotech since 2021. Currently, 柴 is pursuing an MBA in Business Administration and Management at 复旦大学, expected to complete in 2025.
