Sharon Dsouza is a seasoned clinical research professional with extensive experience in regulatory affairs and clinical monitoring. Currently serving as a Senior Clinical Research Associate at Novotech since June 2021, Sharon has previously held roles as a Clinical Research Associate and Pharmacy Monitor at Avance Clinical from October 2018 to June 2021, where responsibilities included unblinded pharmacy monitoring for Phase I clinical trials. Earlier roles include Assistant Manager in Regulatory Affairs at Bharat Serums & Vaccines Limited and Manager of RA & QA at PharmaLeaf India Pvt Ltd. Sharon's career commenced with positions in Regulatory Affairs at ELC GROUP and Micro Labs Ltd., following academic achievements of an M Pharm in Pharmaceutics from N.G.S.M.
