Virginia Ma possesses a strong background in research ethics and governance, highlighted by roles at Eastern Health and Western Health as a Research Ethics & Governance Administrator and Research Governance Officer, respectively. Virginia transitioned to the creative field as a Calligrapher with Dabbling Creative, showcasing skills in lettering and watercolour artistry from 2017 to 2021. Recently, Virginia served as a Senior Regulatory Start-up Associate at Novotech after progressing from Regulatory Start-up Associate III. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences in Pharmaceutical Sciences from RMIT University, a Diploma of Management from SWC Training, and a Graduate Certificate in Management from Victoria University.
