It’s time to tear up the rulebook and forget everything you thought you knew, not just about hair and beauty, but health and wellness too.

At Novum we are on a mission to redefine the salon experience. Born out of a need for something better, our goal is to challenge the established salon etiquette that we’ve all sadly become accustomed to and create a space that truly puts the customer first.

Imagine a total experience that removes distractions, stresses and mediocrity, and instead replaces them with unadulterated, self-indulgent me time. The distinct difference with Novum is that we truly care about everyone who interacts with our business and brand.

From our valued customers, who are the very lifeblood of their business, to the staff that commit their time and energy to deliver our Novum 5 star experience, every individual feels welcome, secure, respected and valued.

Novum is an environment that allows our culture to thrive and enables us to facilitate an extremely desirable space that inspires loyalty and dedication within our staff and customers.

We foster a service that is second to none - so if you’re looking for an experience that exceeds expectations across the board, one that strives for excellence always, then Novum just might be the place for you.

Surrender yourself to unrivalled luxury and let their Master Technicians truly make the most of your all important me time.
