Eloisa Lee has a diverse work experience in the field of chip design and engineering. Eloisa started their career at OMNIVISION in 2005, where they worked as an ASIC Design Engineer, focusing on Image Signal Processing and H. 264 Video Codec SOC chip design and verification. In 2013, they were promoted to Sr. ASIC Design Engineer at the same company.

In 2015, Eloisa joined QUALCOMM TECHNOLOGIES INTERNATIONAL, LTD. as a Staff Engineer, where they worked until 2017.

In 2017, they joined QuickLogic Corporation as a Sr. Staff ASIC Design Engineer. In this role, they led the design and development of NOVUMIND's first AI Inference chip, from design to Tape out with first pass success. Eloisa focused on AI accelerator chip top architecture and NPU performance/area/power design optimization. Eloisa worked at QuickLogic Corporation until February 2019.
