Alison Burrows

Alison Burrows is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the IT Service Control Manager at Novuna since February 2022, Alison plays a key role in the organization's transformation following its rebranding from Hitachi Capital (UK) PLC. Prior to this, Alison held several positions at Hitachi from July 2011 to February 2022, including IT Service Delivery Manager and Windows Engineer. Earlier roles include Director at SolveTek Ltd, where IT support and consultancy services were provided to the SME market, and various engineering and support positions at Hitachi Capital, LSC, Thames Valley Enterprise, and Coopers & Lybrand, where responsibilities ranged from infrastructure engineering to secretarial support for senior management.
