John Duffy

John Duffy has extensive experience in Release and Change management, with roles at Novuna, Communisis, and The Co-operative Bank plc. At Novuna, John is currently the Release Manager, overseeing all releases across Group IT. Prior to this, at Communisis, John was responsible for the planning, coordination, and risk management of Infrastructure and Software releases. During their time at The Co-operative Bank plc, John held various positions including Change and Release Manager, Incident Manager, Head of Training & Development, Lead Technical Analyst, and Customer Service Lead.
