Tom Hill

Tom Hill is a seasoned professional in risk and resilience, currently serving as the Group Operational Resilience Lead at Novuna since July 2023. In this role, Tom focuses on building operational resilience and ensuring UK compliance across multiple asset financing businesses and European subsidiaries. Prior to Novuna, Tom operated an independent consultancy, Eightwalks Ltd, from 2019 to 2023, providing advisory services to a diverse range of clients, including major corporations and law firms. Earlier experience includes serving as Executive Director at Control Risks, where Tom led a practice addressing complex crises in the South Asia region, and as a Senior Risk Advisor for the Aga Khan Development Network, managing severe risk issues in Central Asia and East Africa. Tom has also founded a travel security startup and held consulting positions at Control Risks, focusing on crisis and security advisory. Educational credentials include an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town and a BSc with Honours in International Relations from the University of London.
