Novus is the UK leader and innovator in offender education, skills and employability interventions that reduce re-offending and divert people from criminal behaviour, allowing them to make a positive contribution to society.

The introduction of our not-for-profit social enterprise, in September 2015, followed 20 years operating as The Manchester College - Justice Sector.

As a standalone organisation within the wider LTE group, we are building on our proud history whilst strengthening our position as experts in the sector.
