Currently, Lance serves as a Project Management Consultant at Novus Technical Services, while past roles have included leadership in major projects with Tengizchevroil and Bertling Kazakh Logistics. Educated at The University of Huddersfield, Rutter earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management.
