Matt Laughlin

Matt Laughlin has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Matt has worked as an Assistant Controller at Novus Media LLC since October 2019. Prior to that, from September 2018 to October 2019, they served as a Corporate Accounting Manager at Calabrio, Inc., where they managed various financial aspects such as monthly global close, payroll, audits, revenue recognition, and balance sheet reconciliations. Before joining Calabrio, Inc., Matt worked as a Corporate Accounting Manager at KLDiscovery from May 2016 to August 2018. Prior to that, they held roles at Hennepin County, including Accounting Supervisor from December 2011 to April 2016, Sr. Accountant from February 2011 to December 2011, and Accountant from February 2010 to February 2011. Matt also has experience as the owner of Minnstruction from 2006 to 2010 and as a Sr. Accountant at a Development and Construction company from 2004 to 2006.

Matt Laughlin has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with a focus on Leadership & Management from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business. In addition, they obtained a certification in Minnesota Property Tax Calculations from the Minnesota Department of Revenue in December 2011.
