Rob also held the role of Vice President, Media Director, managing the McDonald's kids business and spearheading new initiatives. Rob started their career at Starcom as an Assistant Media Director, responsible for national TV and print buying.

Before joining Starcom, Rob worked at Leo Burnett as a Media Supervisor, overseeing media planning for P&G brands, and as a Buyer/Planner.
