Alvin Kumar is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry with a strong background in service delivery and technical support. Currently serving as the Service Delivery Manager at Now NZ Limited since October 2022, Alvin previously held roles at Shopify as Team Lead and at 2degrees NZ Ltd as Team Manager, where responsibilities included managing customer care teams and ensuring a service-oriented environment.
