Michael Assi is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Valsoft Corporation, where they oversee the management of a global portfolio of over 70 software companies through Aspire Software. They have served as the Chief Executive Officer of Aspire Software since 2017, implementing best practices for operational efficiency. Michael has also held various board member positions, including roles at Telematel, NOW BOOK IT, VSN Innovation & Media Solutions, and Inatech. They previously served as President and CEO of InnQuest Software from 2016 to 2019 and held several senior positions at Ericsson between 2013 and 2016. Michael earned a Master of Business Administration from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Software Engineering from Université de Montréal - École Polytechnique de Montréal.
