Nicholas C.

Nicholas C. is an experienced finance and operations professional currently serving as the Finance and Systems Manager at Now Teach since January 2022, with additional responsibilities as Acting Director of Operations during a maternity leave cover. Prior to this, Nicholas held the position of Recruitment Director for Researchers in Schools at The Brilliant Club from September 2015 to August 2021, managing the marketing and recruitment cycle for a teacher-training program funded by the Department for Education. Nicholas has a diverse background in translation, having worked as a freelance translator from August 2011 to September 2015, and has significant recruitment experience as Lead Candidate Manager and Head of Delivery at Freshminds.
