Giuseppe Pozza

Giuseppe Pozza is a UX Researcher at now-u since September 2023, responsible for conducting research to inform the app's second design update in an agile environment. Previously, while working as a Junior UX Designer at Tern from May to June 2023, Giuseppe's team explored user expectations to enhance Tern's "Discovery" and "Collection" features. Giuseppe completed an intensive UX Design program at General Assembly in 2023 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology from London Metropolitan University. Additionally, Giuseppe has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, having served as General Manager at Silk Stockings Cocktail Bar and Assistant Bar Manager at High Water Cocktail Bar, alongside earlier roles as Bartender and Senior Chef Partie in various establishments.
