Loes Hilte

Loes Hilte is a seasoned professional in people and culture management, currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at NOWATCH since December 2022, where the focus is on blending technology and mental health to promote wellbeing. In addition, Loes is the owner of Front Seat Stories, a travel content creation platform that showcases experiences from a two-year campervan journey across Europe and has established a social media presence with 6,000 Instagram followers and 1,000 YouTube subscribers. Previously, Loes worked as a Floor Manager and Events & Hospitality Host at Impact Hub Amsterdam, contributing to entrepreneurial initiatives aimed at addressing societal challenges. Other roles include bartending, promotional work, and animal care, along with a strong educational background in leadership, animal behavior, and social work.
