NowEquity Real Estate is a modern, independent real estate brokerage built on the principle of creating long-term value through strategy, execution, and equity. Operating under Solution Key Realty LLC (founded in 2007), NowEquity represents the evolution of nearly two decades of real estate experience across residential, luxury, commercial, and investment markets throughout Chicagoland and surrounding communities.
Founded by Managing Principal Broker Kamil J. Nowakowski, NowEquity was created to bridge traditional brokerage services with investment expertise and technology-driven operations. The firm supports buyers, sellers, investors, and developers through a full-service platform designed to deliver informed guidance, disciplined execution, and scalable results. In addition to representing retail and commercial clients, NowEquity actively participates in real estate investment, portfolio strategy, and value-add opportunities, allowing the firm to operate from an owner’s perspective rather than a purely transactional one.
NowEquity’s model emphasizes intelligent growth, transparency, and long-term relationships. The brokerage integrates a modern technology ecosystem that includes CRM, transaction management, digital marketing, and proprietary data tools such as NowLeadBid.io, enabling access to high-intent and off-market opportunities including expired listings, FSBOs, probates, and pre-foreclosures. This infrastructure allows agents and clients to move with speed, clarity, and confidence in a competitive market.
Equally important is NowEquity’s commitment to its agents and partners. The firm provides structured support, strategic guidance, and scalable systems designed to help professionals grow sustainable careers while maintaining high standards of ethics and service. By combining brokerage leadership, investment insight, and modern technology, NowEquity Real Estate delivers a forward-thinking approach focused on building equity, opportunity, and lasting value.
