Andy Kitt

Andy Kitt is the Group Director at nowhere Group Ltd, where they have served since 2004 after joining the organization following a 15-year corporate career. With a background in psychology and a focus on organizational development, Andy aims to foster creative approaches to leadership and teamwork. They previously held roles such as Head of Stores Training and Development at Boots and Head of Learning and Development at Barclaycard. Andy holds an MSc in Applied Psychology from Cranfield University and a BSc in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Wales.
