Heba Orabi

Heba Orabi has over 15 years of experience in the technology and finance industries. In 2005, they began their career as an IN Planning Engineer at Vodafone Egypt. In 2007, they moved to Engineering Ingegneria Informatica SPA (Past Atos Origin Italia) as a System Architect, where they implemented web applications and web services interfacing with SimaticIT, developed on PCS Report Manager, Material Manager, and Production Order Manager, and worked on OCR handling the Invoice Passive Cycle. In 2009, they joined Mobiserve Holding as a PMO Coordinator, managing PMO projects and supporting in the implementation of Mobiserve PMO. In 2010, Heba worked for both Link Development as a Presales Engineer, and Vodafone as a Products & Services Customer Value Management Senior Team Leader, Consumer Marketing, Mobile Broadband & Mobil Internet Product Management Senior Team Leader, and Product & Services Product Management Team Leader. In 2016, they joined elmenus as CGO and COO, where they were responsible for a discovery platform for restaurants covering over 21 cities in Egypt and more than 16K branches. Most recently, in 2022, Heba began working for NowPay as the Chief Operations Officer, where they are responsible for scaling operations efficiently, planning and implementing its growth strategy, and growing its team with bad ass talents in a culture biased for actions and driven by ownership, experimentation, and fast execution.

Heba Orabi completed their Master degree in E-Business from Politecnico di Torino between 2006 and 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Diploma in E-Commerce from the Information Technology Institute between 2004 and 2005. From 1999 to 2004, they obtained a Good degree in Engineering, Electronics & Communications from Cairo University.
