Youseef Ibrahim has a diverse work experience that spans across various roles and industries. Youseef is currently working as a Partner Success Lead at NowPay, a FinTech company focused on building a financial wellness platform for employees in emerging markets. Prior to this, they held positions at talabat, a leading online food ordering and delivery platform, where they worked as a Sr. Account Advisor - Partner Operations and an Account Advisor - Customer Operations. Youseef also worked at Otlob as an Account Advisor - Back Office, and at Learne Academy as a Content Writer. Additionally, Youseef co-founded two startups, Charge-LY and Doktori, where they contributed to marketing, partnerships, and operational planning. Youseef also gained experience in the real estate industry as a Senior Sales Executive at Masar Real Estate Development, a Co-Founder at Linkin Real Estate, and a Sales Executive at Golden Town and Sky Home. Throughout their career, Youseef has demonstrated skills in customer support, communication, relationship-building, and project management.

Youseef Ibrahim completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Business/Management at Ain Shams University from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, they obtained several certifications in various fields, including Python for Data Science and AI, Data Visualization & Dashboard Essentials, Excel Essentials for Data Analytics, Data Analytics Essentials, and Intermediate SQL Queries. These certifications were obtained from Coursera and DataCamp between 2021 and 2022. In 2019, Youseef completed the "Be Professional in Microsoft Excel" certification from Rwaq رواق. Youseef also received certifications in entrepreneurship from Edraak إدراك and worked as an entrepreneurship intern at AUC Venture Lab in 2018. In 2018, they also worked as a marketing intern at X Volunteer, and in 2017, they took on the role of entrepreneurship intern at X Volunteer.
