Jonathan Witchard

Jonathan Witchard has a diverse work experience in software engineering and development. Jonathan currently holds the position of Senior Software Engineer at NowSecure since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at CampusLogic from July 2020 to December 2022. Jonathan also served as a Software Engineer at RaiseMe (Acquired by CampusLogic) from January 2020 to July 2020.

Before joining CampusLogic and RaiseMe, Jonathan gained valuable experience at Deloitte, working as a Software Engineer II from July 2019 to January 2020, and as an Associate Software Engineer from July 2018 to July 2019. Jonathan interned at Deloitte as a Business Technology Analyst Summer Scholar in June 2017.

Jonathan's earlier work experience includes a role as a Junior Software Engineer at Optimal Satcom, Inc. from January 2015 to July 2018, where they debugged and tested software packages using Microsoft Visual Studio and C#. Jonathan also worked as a Web Developer & Integrator at FoodMeUp from January 2016 to June 2016, leading a website redesign and integration project.

During their time at Visa, Jonathan served as a Software Engineering Intern in the summer of 2015, where they developed a web application to support an internal identity management system. Jonathan also interned at Visa as an FP&A Applications Development and Support Team Business Analyst Intern in the summer of 2014, documenting corporate IT activities related to application support and development, and working with financial analytics software.

Jonathan's career journey started as a student at Virginia Tech from August 2013 to July 2018. Overall, their work experience demonstrates a strong background in software engineering and development, encompassing roles at various companies in different sectors.

Jonathan Witchard attended Saint Andrew's School from 2010 to 2013, where they completed their high school education. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Technology: Decision Support Systems from Virginia Tech from 2013 to 2018. In November 2019, they obtained certification as a Triplebyte certified Front End Engineer from Triplebyte.
