Joy Ifield worked as a Health and Wellness Affiliate at Heart & Body Naturals starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Professional Social Media and Digital Marketer at nowsite from October 2019.

Joy Ifield attended Riverside City College from 2007 to 2009, where they earned an Associate degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies. Additionally, Joy Ifield also attended the Computer Career Centre, where they obtained a certification as a Certified Computer Specialist. The field of study for this certification was in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
