Blake R. Perman

Blake R. Perman is the current Director of Revenue Operations at Nowsta. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Business Operations at Lunchbox from August 2021 to May 2022. Blake was also the Senior Manager of Sales Operations at Zenreach from August 2020 to August 2021.

Blake has extensive experience in managing reporting structures, systems, processes, and strategy for sales and marketing operations. Blake is a skilled partner with sales and marketing teams, able to manage pipelines, bookings, retention, and other KPIs with accuracy and reporting. Blake also oversees CRM systems and data administration to maintain and improve process, workflows, and data quality.

In addition to their operational expertise, Blake is also adept at modeling, managing, and administering compensation plans. Blake has a proven track record of successfully identifying and resolving problems, as well as prioritize critical issues in the near-term while mapping out longer-term initiatives.

Blake’s experience in managing data interactions between CRM and third-party systems is an asset to any organization. Blake is also skilled in reporting construction, management, and analysis to highlight insights and trends to leadership.

Blake Perman attended Drury University where they completed their Master of Business Administration. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate degree at the University of Arizona in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration.
