Fletcher Cline

Fletcher Cline is the current Head of Supply Innovation at Nowsta. Fletcher has held this position since December 2021. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Labor Market at Nowsta from July 2019 to December 2021. Fletcher was also the Head of Labor Market at Nowsta from February 2019 to August 2019.

Fletcher Cline has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Fletcher began their career at The Service Companies, where they worked their way up to Vice President Operations - Staffing Services. In this role, they oversaw operations for 16 offices across the country. Fletcher was responsible for ensuring that the company was efficient, compliant, and able to fuel consistent growth.

In February 2019, Fletcher Cline transitioned to Nowsta after the acquisition of Acrobat Outsourcing. At Nowsta, they initially served as the Head of Labor Market before being promoted to Vice President of Labor Market. In this role, they were responsible for revolutionizing the hospitality industry from the ground up by aggregating staffing vendors and simplifying the staffing process to limit overhead.

Most recently, Fletcher Cline has been serving as the Head of Supply Innovation at Nowsta since December 2021. In this role, they are responsible for leading a team of supply innovation specialists who are responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive cost savings and improve operational efficiencies across Nowsta’s supply chain.

Fletcher Cline has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from San Diego State University-California State University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature with a Specialization in Creative Writing from Arizona State University. Fletcher Cline is also a CFA Institute Investment Foundations Certificate Holder.
