Vishal Urva

Vishal Urva has extensive experience in product management, with a focus on improving user experience and optimizing customer acquisition and retention. In their recent role as Senior Product Manager at Nowsta, they are responsible for leading product management initiatives. Prior to this, they worked at Thriver, where they revamped the marketplace navigation, resulting in a significant increase in conversions. At Lightspeed HQ, Vishal was responsible for POS Reporting & Analytics product and successfully implemented a tiered pricing model to increase upsells and reduce churn. Vishal also worked as a Product Management Consultant at Notetracks Inc. and held managerial positions in the music industry, launching artists in international markets and coordinating music video productions. Earlier in their career, Vishal worked at Sofdesk, Shutterstock, hybris software, nventive, and Playboy Plus Entertainment in various product management roles, contributing to the success of their respective products and services.

Vishal Urva completed a Project Management Certification from McGill University in 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science - Information Technology from Concordia University, from 2001 to 2004.
