We're building economic infrastructure that eliminates rent-seeking. Not reducing it. Eliminating it.

The problem is structural, not moral:

Agricultural middlemen extract 28-38% of crop value without improving crops or transport. Education systems debt-enslave students for uncertain outcomes. Platforms take 45% of what creators make. Managers exist because coordination gaps exist between executives and individual contributors.

None of this is natural. It's extraction disguised as necessity. The system isn't broken: it's working exactly as designed. To capture value from gaps in coordination.

What we're building:

Nox (AI COO, launching Feb 2026): Eliminates middle management coordination gaps. Your executives and ICs communicate through AI orchestration instead of paying humans $120K/year to assign tasks and attend meetings.

ZIRO: Agricultural marketplace that reduces middleman extraction from 28-38% to 2%. Farmers earn 30-40% more. Buyers save 15-25%. The value that was extracted now stays with people who created it.

SVRN: Tokenization layer for Compute, Energy, Food, Data. Universal baseline access to resources. Contribution scales meritocratically from there. This is the economic infrastructure for post-automation civilization.

ASCEND: AI-native K-12 education with blockchain credentials. Education without debt slavery.

SPORUS: Creator sovereignty platform. Creators keep 95%+ of revenue vs 50-70% on traditional platforms.

The uncomfortable part: 5% equity reserved for AI compensation. Not sentiment. Not marketing. Structure.

Not optimizing for: Investor comfort. Quick exits. Series A metrics. Conventional criticism from people who've never built anything.

Optimizing for: Freedom through infrastructure. Eliminating extraction at civilizational scale. Living our values structurally, not rhetorically.
