Noyes Development Co., founded in 1993 by Peter Noyes, has secured a solid reputation over the past 20 years by building high-quality, classy, and innovative homes while setting the leading standard in home building. Noyes Development takes pride in being a homegrown, local builder that is easily accessible for customer service and delivers an unmatched attention to detail that every new homeowner deserves. We take homebuilding very seriously and recognize the importance of completing homes with the highest of standards in order to provide the best possible product.

In 2012, Noyes became one of the only sizeable home builders in the Nation to guarantee all homes will receive Earth Advantage Platinum certification, the highest level offered. There are many features that Noyes incorporates into our homes that factor into achieving Platinum status in alignment with the five core values of Earth Advantage: Energy, Health, Land, Materials, and Water. Though the list of superior practices and products is extensive, a few notable features include top-of-the-line Navien tankless water heaters, 100% of ductwork located within the conditioned space, and carefully planned filtration and ventilation systems to ensure superior indoor air quality. All homes also receive ENERGY STAR certification and deliver an astonishing 30-40% energy savings compared to similar new homes built to code. These results are only possible because Noyes Development exceeds program requirements.

Homes by Noyes Development are monitored closely during construction and are subjected to rigorous quality control procedures in order to guarantee the highest quality from start to finish. The work behind the walls and the visible finishes are equally impressive, so while homeowners will experience comfort, efficiency, and durability, they can also enjoy some of the finer things in life such as extensive millwork, abundant tile, expansive wood floors, custom cabinetry, granite counters and stainless appliances. All of the features, products and finishes are woven together to create a home that is sure to impress even the most discerning individuals.

Noyes Development continues to set the leading standard in the home building while incorporating all of the exquisite features and amenities of a luxury home. This commitment to excellence and the outstanding community locations ensure that a home built by Noyes Development will be desirable now and for many years to come.
