Karim A. has extensive work experience in various executive roles and startup ventures. Karim currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Noze, an AI and sensor startup that specializes in electronic nose technology. Prior to this, they were the Chief Executive Officer at V1 Studio, a venture building company focused on launching startups with global ambitions. Karim also held the position of Chief Growth Officer at Galilei, an affiliate of Concordia University.

Karim's entrepreneurial journey began with TaskSpotting, a micro-influencer marketing platform that they founded and led as CEO. Karim successfully built a global platform connecting brands with everyday consumer creators, enabling authentic and impactful branded content. Before entering the startup world, Karim co-founded and served as the Executive Director of Ecobility Energy Solutions, a CleanTech early-stage investment and incubation firm based in Dubai.

Karim's corporate experience includes working at Dubai World as a Vice President, where they were a founding member of the portfolio management and strategy team. Karim played a key role in maximizing value creation across the firm's investment portfolio. Karim also served as an Associate Vice President at Dubai World. Prior to that, Karim worked as a Senior Associate at The Executive Office of HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum (DDIA).

Karim started their career as a Financial Analyst at Merrill Lynch. Throughout their career, they have been involved in transactions totaling billions of dollars in industries such as healthcare, retail, industrial, aerospace, and media. Karim's track record demonstrates their expertise in leadership, strategy, innovation, and business development.

Karim A. completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from Concordia University from 1998 to 2002. Later, in 2012 to 2013, they attended INSEAD, where they pursued an MBA with a focus on Entrepreneurship & Innovation.
