Austin Webb

Austin Webb is an experienced professional in account management and customer success, currently serving as Associate Group Account Director at NPAccel and NP Digital since March 2021. Prior roles include Senior Account Manager and Account Director at both companies, along with the position of Customer Success Director at Enspire for Enterprise, where responsibilities included managing a portfolio with a $3 million annual budget and developing successful SEM campaigns. Prior to this, Austin Webb held the role of Customer Success Director at Web.com, managing similar portfolio responsibilities. Early career experience includes serving as Regional Trainer at Panera Bread and a marketing internship with Habitat for Humanity of Jacksonville. Austin Webb holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of North Florida, as well as an Associate of Arts degree from Florida State College at Jacksonville.
