Lee Wright possesses extensive experience in operations and project management within the aerospace and power industries. Currently serving as Cougar XC capability lead and previously as Director of Operations and Bids and Projects Manager at NP Aerospace since September 2019, Lee has a proven track record in managing comprehensive programs and portfolios, particularly in naval steam turbine manufacturing for the Ministry of Defence during the tenure at GE Power from October 2016 to September 2019. Responsibilities have included HSE compliance, quality assurance, on-time delivery, subcontract management, and manpower planning. Prior to this, experience at Alstom Power from June 2008 to October 2016 involved financial oversight of multi-million pound outages and proactive QHSE support. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business, Computing, and ICT from the University of Staffordshire, complemented by foundational education at Bishop Vesey's Grammar School.
