Basil Hatto has a diverse range of work experience in the marketing and digital performance industry. Basil is currently serving as a member of the AdTech Committee at the Canadian Marketing Association. Prior to this, they held the position of SVP, Product at NP Digital. Basil also served on the Board of Directors at Vividata for a brief period in 2022. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as the VP Data Science, Audience & Analytics at Postmedia Network Inc.

Basil has extensive experience at iProspect, where they held several high-level positions. Basil served as the Senior Vice President, Product and Strategy from 2019 to 2021, leading the agency's digital performance marketing efforts. Before that, they held the roles of Vice President, Digital Performance and National Director Of Business Development.

Additionally, Basil has served on the Board of Directors at Rethink Sustainability and held the position of Director of Digital Performance at BLYK (Acquired Renamed ClearPier). Basil started their career in 2003 as the Co-Founder - Head of Digital Acquisition at V12Software.

Basil Hatto obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from Concordia University, where they attended from 2000 to 2005. In 2012, they pursued further education at McGill University, completing an Executive Development program in Business Administration and Management.
