Ivette Monroy

Ivette Monroy has over a decade of experience working in talent acquisition and recruiting roles. Ivette currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at NP Digital, where they are responsible for recruiting talent across various digital marketing roles. Prior to this, they held similar positions at NPAccel and Ubersuggest. Ivette also has experience as a Principal Recruiter at The Shoy Group, where they worked closely with clients to meet their staffing needs. Ivette previously worked at NP Digital as a Corporate Recruiter, providing full-cycle recruiting support for digital marketing roles. Earlier in their career, Ivette worked as the Director of People & Culture at PACIFIC, overseeing recruiting efforts, managing HR policies and procedures, and handling performance reviews. Ivette also served as a People Operations Manager at PACIFIC, where they developed processes for sourcing and onboarding new hires. Before joining PACIFIC, Ivette worked at iProspect as an SEO Specialist and as a Human Resources Representative, where they supported various HR and administrative tasks. Ivette began their career as a People Operations Manager at VAVi Sport & Social Club.

Ivette Monroy has pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies with a concentration in Public Relations at California State University, Fullerton. Prior to this, they completed an Associate of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies at Southwestern Community College District.
