Tim Jahn has extensive experience in systems management and technical support, currently serving as a System Engineer and previously as a Help Desk Technician at NP Information Systems since 2014. Prior to this role, Tim worked as a Systems Administrator at Mars Hill Church for three years, managing Macs in an enterprise environment and utilizing Windows servers. Tim also held managerial positions at Computer Stores Northwest (The Mac Store) from 2005 to 2011, and began their career in technology as an Apprentice at Provident Electric from 2007 to 2009, alongside earlier experience in inventory control at The Mac Store from 1999 to 2005.
